Since the inception of WODU Studios in 1974, we have utilized over 40 years to become a premiere media outlet in the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area and have extended throughout the United States and essentially around the world with our services. WODU Studios, in Norfolk, Virginia serves as the headquarters of an elite DJ Services Department (serving the community with DJ Services for weddings, parties, special events, and a variety of events that are geared to serve the community), Event Management (with an elite Events Team we both host and facilitate events for the community), and Television Productions (serving the community with commercial production aided towards the television aspect of media).
Through our programming we strive to provide the community with a wide range of music not limited to Rap, Hip-Hop, Alternative, Rock, Latin, Rhythm and Blues, Heavy Metal, among countless other genres. We provide this diverse experience to meet the needs of the immediate population at Old Dominion University, of which expands through the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area, the United States, and around the world through our limitless avenues of media exposure. WODU Studios organizes world-class events each year with the help of our elite Public Relations Directorate to include but not limit: community service initiatives, fashion shows, parties, DJ Battles, concerts, and more.
